Robert L. McCaffrey Middle School

Athletes who wish to participate in McCaffrey athletics must complete all sports permission forms (including a medical sports physical dated May 1, 2025 or later) and return them to the school office the day before tryouts. No student can participate in after-school athletics (including tryouts) without completing ALL sports permission forms.
